If you would like to return your purchase, we’re here to help! You may return your merchandise within 15 days of receiving your order. Merchandise purchased in our retail stores may not be returned or exchanged online.
You will not be reimbursed for original or return cost of shipping. You will receive a refund via store credit in the form of a ZaveryCakes E-Gift Code. Credits are processed within 7-10 business days of your item(s) delivery to us. Exceptions are not guaranteed and are to the discretion of our leadership team based on inventory, current shipping times, and availability of limited release and exclusive items. Worn items are not eligible to be exchanged.
Items sent more than 15 days after the return label is issued will incur a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
The following are exceptions to the return policy above:
Apparel may not be worn or washed and must have all original tags attached.
Non apparel items must be unused and in their original sealed packaging.
Items marketed and sold as “Final Sale” or certain “Exclusives” are not eligible for returns.
Items purchased in bulk, defined as purchases with 6pcs or more of the same item, are not eligible for returns.
ZaveryCakes is unable to add discount codes to orders after they have already been placed, and no more than one code can be used on a single order.

Are there any charges for return?
- You are responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- ZaveryCakes is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
(Gift card purchases, free gifts or promotional items are non-refundable.)
We hope your order arrives to you safe and sound. However, if there’s any issues with the item(s) you received, please contact us as soon as possible within 15 days of receipt. We do not offer exchanges.
For damaged or incorrect items, please include a clear photo in the email submission.
Please be aware of the following limitations:
We cannot control slight manufacturing variations and are not able to replace items based on these variations, including but not limited to minor product imperfections, figure positioning, or sticker placement.
We design our packaging to protect the collectibles inside. Slight blemishes to packaging may occur during the manufacturing or shipping process and will not be considered a damaged product.
All blind/mystery boxes or chase variants are shipped at random. If we replace a blind or variant item, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the same variant as in your original shipment.
We are not able to exchange sizes or offer replacements for apparel that were sent in the size ordered.
REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Packages returned because of purchaser error or refused delivery are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price. Customers should contact UPS to arrange alternate delivery. ZaveryCakes is not responsible for any additional delivery costs associated with changes or upgrades.
REPLACEMENTS ON SOLD OUT/UNAVAILABLE ITEMS
We cannot guarantee that we will have replacements for sold out or unavailable items and a refund may be issued instead. All replacements and refunds will be at the discretion of customer support.
We want to ensure that your item(s) ship out as quickly as possible. After your order has been placed, it is immediately sent to our Fulfillment Center for processing. Therefore, we are unable to add/remove items, change payment method, update shipping/billing addresses, or cancel an order once it’s been submitted.
Please review your purchase before submitting your order to ensure product selection, size, quantity, payment, and addresses are correct.
QUANTITY LIMITS AND AUTOMATED PURCHASES
To provide our fans and collectors the best chance at purchasing exclusive or non-exclusive items, or for any other reason, we reserve the right to limit quantities and restrict purchases by bots or other automated means.
Products may be limited per order, per person or household, or to orders that use the same credit card, billing and/or shipping address, or share any other order attribute.
Orders found to exceed the limit placed on an item or suspected of purchase by bots or other automated means may be canceled after the order is placed. If an order is canceled, a pending charge may appear on your statement, which will reverse within 3-7 business days, however this timeframe can vary depending on the financial institution.
Those who use multiple email addresses, manipulate shipping addresses, place multiple, excessive orders of the same product, try to bypass our product limits or automating purchases in any other way may have all orders canceled and/or be blocked from making future purchases.
ZaveryCakes reserves the right to restrict, limit, cancel or alter orders and the terms of purchase and return applicable to Bulk Purchases. The term “Bulk Purchases” is defined as purchases made for resale and/or purchases of greater than six (6) of the same item.
Promotions, or promotional coupon codes may not apply to Bulk Purchases. A shipping surcharge may be applied to bulk purchases.
Orders may take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive. Many orders arrive sooner, depending on the immediate availability of ordered items. Currently we do not offer expedited shipping.

Shipping rates are flat for all domestic and international orders.
ZaveryCakes is not responsible for lost/stolen items. In the case of a lost/stolen package please contact the carrier directly. Once the order is in the possession of the carrier we do not see it again. ZaveryCakes in unable to replace items lost by the post office or stolen free of charge. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you!
Major holidays also will increase shipping time. Please be mindful that our very small staff does not work on these days as we feel they deserve to spend time with their families.

Please allow up to 5 business days to receive a response from customer service during this time. We strive to send orders out as quickly as possible and will notify you of any major delays.
All international orders will be shipped via USPS First Class International. Please note that the typical delivery time will generally be 10-15 days from shipment, possibly longer depending on your country. You will receive a tracking and a customs confirmation number confirming acceptance by the post office to forward onto Customs for international shipment.
Once an order has been shipped from our facility, we are no longer responsible for mail delays and certain other extenuating circumstances are beyond our control (i.e Covid 19 regulations, customs delays, etc.)
Customs fees vary by country. The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with their purchase.
