RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How do I return or exchange?

  • For domestic returns and exchanges, Please email us at support@zaverycakes.com

What items are returnable?

You can return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Please ensure your ZaveryCakes molds are unused, unwashed and in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, accessories) with tags attached.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Exchanges (if applicable)

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@zaverycakes.com and we will follow up with instructions for exchange.

*Gift cards, free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

 

Are there any charges for return?

  • You are responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • ZaveryCakes is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Please allow up to 2-3 weeks to fully process returns and exchanges. 
  • A credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 7-10 working days. Additional processing time may depend on your bank.
      (Gift card purchases, free gifts or promotional items are non-refundable.)
